Mentees are entrepreneurs, founders, and small business owners at any stage who want guidance and accountability. Mentors are seasoned professionals and executives who want to give back by sharing their expertise.
Matching is done manually by the Helpers team after both parties are approved. We consider industry, business stage, areas of expertise, and availability to create genuinely compatible pairings.
Each cycle typically runs 3 to 6 months, with a review at the end. Both mentor and mentee can agree to continue beyond the initial period.
